Cascades d'Ouzoud
On the way back, we visited Cascades d'Ouzoud - the highest waterfall in North Africa. Hiking down to the bottom (past the monkeys and all the little restaurants on the way), we decided that this is a place we definitely want to return to when we can stay longer. It was a lovely end to a busy-city vacation.
Mini maids of the mists - little row-boats that take you to the base of the falls. We didn't go on the one called "Titanic..."

Love the pictures. How big was the place. It looks like three boats would about cover the whole place? Snakes around Gerald's neck? Not in my lifetime McGee. MUD
The "lake" at the bottom of the waterfall could have held about 20 boats, but we were the only ones there at the time because everything was closing. We'll have to take you to Jemaa el-Fna when you come so you, too, can have a snake around your neck
